During treatments, Tracy uses her intuitive gift and training in Reiki to connect with the individual being treated. Each session is unique as it depends on what the client brings to the session on that day. That is the benefit of Reiki, you receive a treatment based on what your highest self requires in that very moment. Treatments are gentle and can be touch or non-touch-based. The client can choose to be comfortably seated or laying down on a massage table with blankets and pillows. How the healing takes place depends on the level of trust and surrender from the individual person. As a person, you have a physical body, mental body, emotional body, and spirit/soul. In today's world, many of us limit our connection to ourselves and use only one or two of these forms. Tracy guides you to connect the dots to bring your full self back into balance. Reiki complements chiropractic and massage therapy. As the subtle energy releases from clients, this, in turn, helps in the physical releases within the body also. Tracy brings you into a safe space and ensures a wonderful healing experience. Healing is Tracy's passion and you will leave feeling a lot better than when you came to the session.

Jill is originally from Ontario, but ventured out West in 2003 for her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia. Enamored with the ocean and mountains, she stayed!

Jill is Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. Through detailed history taking and assessment, Jill designs an individualized treatment plan with the goal of getting the client back to pain-free, optimal function. Jill believes strongly in client education, and provides individually catered information on biomechanics, posture, stress management, and stretching and strengthening exercises. Tracy Marshall came to Vancouver from Ireland in 2015 to help others grow using the innate power within the heart, mind, spirit, and soul. Following Tracy’s own personal journey with a back injury, she was guided to help others find alternative and effective healing solutions. Tracy is an Intuitive Reiki Master and Empowerment Coach who uses gentle but effective technics to help guide you through tough times in your life. Whether that includes physical illness, pain, or mental, or emotional issues.

Tracy has many years of experience working with cancer patients, chronic pain, and anxiety, and specializes in working with all types of health care professionals to teach them how to care for people without taking home the heavy and dense energy. The school of energetic hygiene is invaluable for all frontline workers (those working with members of the public)
